Hailing from Selat Pulau Pinang you can find favorite dishes such as the Ayam Goreng Berempah, Daging Rusa Bukhara, Kari Kepala Ikan, Ketam Goreng Berempah, and Kobis Goreng Kunyit Biji Sawi, prepared to perfection by the chefs to preserve the authentic flavours.

The Baked Beef Kofta Chives Cheese Sauce, Marinated Chicken Cumin Lemon Yoghurt, Cajun Marinated Mini Beef Entrecote, Lemon Coriander John Dory, Green Peppercorn Marinated Beef Medallions and Baked Marinated Chicken in Barbeque Sauce are some of the must-try dish that you should not miss out on! Those Green Peppercorn Marinated Beef Medallions are really something else..!!!

These desserts or ‘kueh’ are simply flavoursome… and irresistible..I for one cannot stop popping those jellies in my mouth….
The Management and other team members of Concorde Hotel Shah Alam were clearly thrilled to welcome the crowd that came to enjoy their Bubur Lambuk, a yearly event at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. Distributing Bubur Lambuk prior to the Ramadan month has been one of the hotel’s annual events since 2004, making this the 12th consecutive year for this meaningful event.
The Bubur Lambuk preparations and cooking process began at 8:30am, with Management and other team members assisting the chefs for the day. About 300kilos of rice, 25 kilos of dried shrimp and 100 kilos of beef were painstakingly cooked in big pots over slow fire. Before packing them into 8,000 containers to be given away.
The distribution began around at 4.00pm but crowds started to build up as early as 3.30pm. The hotel’s driveway and entrance were packed with vehicles, all eagerly wanting to get their packets waiting for their container of Bubur Lambuk.
The hotel driveway was turned into a ‘drive-thru’ lane, and the hotel also delivered some Bubur Lambuk to the mosques, orphanages and underprivileged homes nearby. Just before 7.00pm, all 8,000 containers of Bubur Lambuk were distributed.
Breaking fast at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam is also convenient as Concorde Hotel have a Surau and Imam for jamaah Isya’ and Terawih prayers situated at level 3.
