Keep your eyes and ears out.. as Anista Tokyo’s Alpacasso Cafe is now evolving into the new Pokemon Cafe…
So we now have our very own Pokemon Cafe as well for a limited time of course… this pop-up cafe will feature themes from the highly anticipated Pokemon Sun and Moon game.
Featuring Pikachu as the main character, the food and drinks in the cafe’s original menu was conceptualized and inspired by Pokemon characters and stories…
Yours truly was there for the sneak preview of some of the menu… and it was so cute…it was hard to eat them..
We had some Pikachu smiling rice omelette(RM29.90) – omurice with red curry and volcano croquette..
I liked the omelette and the rice… the curry is a bit too runny though in my opinion… but it is not bad … and cute!!
Battle on Pikachu (RM34.90)- mashed potato on patty wrap with crepe serve with brown sauce and rare candy.. this would be a must try in my books!!!
Pokemon Cafe’s fried potato (RM29.90) – fish cakes and potato wedges…
Volt tackle soda(RM18.90)- soda with mango purée and an iced mango juice pikachu face and served with popping candy….
Pokeball cream puff (RM34.90) – chocolate coated cream puff with drawing chocolate pen on crepe.
This can be pretty fun as you can use the chocolate pen to actually write messages to yourself or for your friend.. who says you cannot play with your food before you eat it!!?
Be sure not to miss taking selfies or pictures at the photo booth that will be installed at the cafe…and of course, look out for some Pokemon Cafe original merchandise that have been created and made especially for the cafe…
The Pokemon Cafe @ Anista Tokyo AEON Mid Valley will be on from 23rd November 2016 to the 28th February 2017…
They will be opened from 10am to 10pm from Sundays to Thursdays and 10am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday…

you are paying for the work of art… they spend a lot of time decorating and creating these creations….. and it is worth it for the experience

This is quite gimmicky but I love Pokemon so completely sold on the idea! Hahaha. I would have a hard time choosing my meal if they present a choice of Bulbasaur set, Squirtle set and Charmander set. 😦
