SANOOOK, PAVILION ELITE, KUALA LUMPUR

Sanoook was inspired by a love affair with Thai and Japanese cuisine. Using secret, authentic Thai recipes from the prestigious Thai restaurant Chakri Palace, some chefs were brought together to add a twist of presentation and creative culture of Japanese food, hey presto, Sanoook was born…. And also the first to combine these two delectable cuisines into a yummy new menu… and yes, if you are wondering… Sanoook is Chakri Palace little ‘sister’ hahah…

The first Sanoook restaurant was opened at Sunway Pyramid…and they recently opened a second Sanoook restaurant at Pavilion Elite..

Sanoook ‘s concept is where cultures and tastes merge, creating a whole new culture of fun dining. ‘Sanook’ means ‘fun’ in Thai and they added another ‘O’ to represent a circle of friendship…Hence, Sanoook means having fun together with friends, thus it is always loads of fun dining in with friends at Sanoook…. Afterall it is Sanoook’s belief that a good meal can turn strangers into friends, strengthen friendships, and bring solace to a bad day.

So yours truly here was over at Sanoook to try out the mouthwatering dishes… this is not the first time I am dining at Sanoook, and I love the food… but this is the first time I am dining at the branch at Pavilion Elite since it recently open, just about a month or so ago mid December 2016….

The ambience in the restaurant was playful with wooden tables, grey and orange seats… I admired the diamond shaped pendant lights and pretty lights on the ceiling… as well as Sanoook’s cute mascot cartoons posters on the wall…
