Bangi Golf Resort (BGR) Restaurant is set to charm guests with their signature Buffet Ramadhan which will be on from 29 May 2017 to 23 June 2017.
Best known for their variety and quality gastronomic buffet , the Halal BGR Restaurant will be offering their guests a sumptuous spread of up to 200 dishes, featuring popular Malay, Western and Oriental cuisine.
Prices start from just RM 58 for adults and RM 28 for children.
Be sure not to miss the popular Cooking Showcase, where the highlight is the Kambing Bakar (lamb slow-roasted on the spit) and Sup Kambing Mamak (Indian style Mutton Stew). Here, you can find chefs serving up portions of freshly carved roast lamb and piping hot bowls of mutton stew, which is guaranteed to warm your stomach.
Indulge in freshly grilled Beef & Chicken Satay, and be sure to order the Fried Kway Teow and Fried Mee Mamak, which will wok-fried ‘live’ before you.
Do not miss out the signature dishes at the Western Section, featuring Sous Vide Eggs with Mushroom Espuma. Chicken Lasagna, Golden Sand Spaghetti Carbonara and the Peri-Peri Chicken Drumlets which promise to tantalise your taste buds.
For local Malay dishes, the kitchen team is presenting their Nasi Lemak Istimewa as one of the main attractions to the buffet spread this year, which will be accompanied with a sumptuous selection which includes Rendang Daging Taik Minyak, Sambal Sotong Kembang, Ayam Bercili Masak Ketumbar, Ikan Masak Asam Kari and Telur Rebus Goreng Masak Sambal Tomato.
For Oriental cuisine fans, check out their Hainanese Chicken Rice where each piece of chicken is perfectly cooked with a succulent texture. The fluffy grains of rice are enriched with rendered chicken fat, leaving them glistening and flavourful. Completing the subline experience is the accompanying fresh garlic & ginger chilli sauce which is bound to lure diners back for second helpings.
Do not miss out on the Spanish Churros with Thick Chocolate Sauce, signature Italian Tiramisu, a selection of homemade Malay kuih as well as a variety of puddings, agar-agar and tropical fruits at the Dessert table…. There is also a whole new range of desserts that have been added to guarantee a sweet ending to your feast.
Be spoilt for choice with creations such as Serawa Durian, Assorted Swiss Rolls (Red Velvet, Orange Jaffa & Macha Chocolate), Lychee Rose Cake, Pandan Gula Melaka Cake, Salted Corn Green Velvet Cake, Ivory Sesame Mocha Cake, Tropical Nectar, Caramel Surprise and Banana-na.
Other than feasting on a wide selection of dishes, you can actually get to enjoy a shopping experience for goodies at special prices. Look out for the “Durian Runtuh” section, which will feature freshly harvested durians from Raub, Pahang.
Check out the freshly churned gelato from Sweet Scoopz, a gelato producer known for its Musang King and unique P.G.A (Passion Fruit, Guava, Asam Boi) flavours. Both durians and gelatos are available for takeaway and diners are entitled to exclusive discounts.
To add to the atmosphere, live music performances will entertain guests from 6.30pm – 9.30pm daily. BGR Restaurant also offers spacious complimentary parking lots as well as Male / Female prayer hall for guests.
