PLUS Malaysia Bhd has also introduced the ‘SOS’ function in the PLUS Mobile App –  so you or any other Plus Expressway users can help report any emergencies that occur along the highway.

This is ideal to report accidents or other emergencies to the traffic control centre so that they can immediately contact the consumer to coordinate the needed emergency assistance.

The response time for the PLUS personnel to the location is estimated at 20 minutes but it depends on the traffic situation and if there is another emergency occurrence on the way to where the reported location is..
