Anchor PizzArt irresistible offerings…

So yours truly was over at the Cooking House in Bangsar recently to check out the latest PizzArt campaign which was all about taking the enjoyment of pizza a notch up by injecting a lot cheesiness while infusing global food trends into local favourites.

And yes, I was truly bowled over with the offerings.. How can I not be when there were like all these super innovative and yummy looking pizzas…

These masterpieces and scrumptuous work of art was naturally conceptualized and created by the Anchor Food Professionals’ Hot Cooking Chefs as an initiative to help their partners create more excitement and variety in what they offer to achieve a competitive edge…

I am sure you can not resist the meat-endowed-cheese-oozing PizzBurger, one of the main highlights of this new PizzArt Campaign since it is most likely Malaysian’s favorite…

The PizzBurger features a succulent grilled minced lamb patty stuffed with 3 types of cheese – Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese, and believe me it is really so damn good…

This bun-shaped cheesy pizza turned out to be super delicious after it was baked in light crust with Anchor Butter.. yours truly here was one of the contestants to chow down this lovely PizzBurger and it was really super yummy… I actually wanted more….

However, if you are one of those wanting to cut down your carbs, and still indulge in some pizza, the ambitious all-meat-based UltiMeat Pizza could be the answer to your prayers and will certainly satisfy your cravings…

Can you imagine the pizza base was really made entirely out of ground chicken breast…

The Deep Cheese Pizza is a spin on Chicago-authentic deep dish pizza, featuring an elevated layer of stuffing filled with creamy, delicious Anchor Mozzarella Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese with a hearty Putanesca filling… this is also yet another personal favorite of mine… oh what happened to my diet…

A fusion between pizza and pretzel, this hearty Cheese Pretzza is full of salmon in its filling. It also incorporates Anchor Cream Cheese and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream into the dough before it is baked and served with a side of pizza dipping sauce.

The Pizza Roll is perfect for breakfast and snack due to its size. Unlike traditional pizza, Pizza Roll reminds me of my favourite cinnamon roll but if you but just take a bite and you will feel the cheese ooze into your mouth… as well as the distinctive taste of fragrant Masala lamb and spinach stuffed with Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese and Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese.

Anchor Food Professionals will be introducing these creations with their partners through a nationwide campaign from December 2017 to early June 2018. I know I am craving more of these.. so I will definitely be headed there to these restaurants to try these yummy dishes out soon…
