With Christmas just around the corner, BBKLCC has been transformed into a colourful and fascinating festive place with Malaysia’s main shopping district kitted out and lighted with beautifully decorated Christmas trees, sparkling fairy lights and glittering baubles of all shapes and sizes….

Recently some members of the media were invited on a fun little FAM trip where we all got to drink it and experience each member mall’s unique take on Christmas…

“Malaysian shoppers deserve a good Christmas and we wish to highlight the offerings of each BBKLCC mall member and to show that the BBKLCC area can compete in both decoration and design on a global scale, and shout out to locals and tourists about our special offerings during this festive period,” said BBKLCC Tourism Association chairman Joseph Yeoh just before the tour began at Avenue K, where we assembled..

Avenue K had the Glittering Christmas Escapade with their atrium turning into a mini London, with Big Ben, the London Bridge and check out the unique English carts, twinkling lights and well, grab your Christmas gifts at the Christmas Bazaar there…

From Avenue K, we were taken across the road to Suria KLCC, Berjaya Times Square, Plaza Low Yat, Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10, fahrenheit88, Starhill Gallery and Pavilion KL before ending back at Avenue K…

Plaza Low Yat celebrates a Time Of Joy with LED light decorations and sculptures at the entrance area of Plaza Low Yat as well as the BB Park area…

And like who can miss out that huge 8.5m elegant and shimmering Christmas tree stands tall at the main entrance of Sungei Wang Plaza…

We concluded our tour hungry and had a sumptuous late dinner at the swanky D’Empire on Level 6 of Pavilion KL before we were taken back to Avenue K at the end of our tiring but super fun tour….
