Villa Danieli at @sheratonimperialkl is a welcoming Italian restaurant in near the poolside of the Sherston Imperial built like a Tuscan Villa... . We were there to try out the new Italian Head Chef Roberto Panareillo new speciality menu and we had a feast... . We had Tartare Di Tonno for starters, made from premium tuna assembled with the freshest ingredients such as imported green and black olives, sweet Balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy . Then we tucked into a lovely Ravioli Carbonara Di Mare where Chef Roberto stuffed the home-made ravioli with luscious local seafood such as shrimp, mussels and baby cuttlefish which not commonly used as ravioli stuffing.... . The Merluzzo Alla Griglia Con Salsa Alla Puttanesca is Codfish air-flown from the North European sea and grilled to perfection and served with the real Italian tomato-based sauce Puttanesca, alongside steamed vegetables, olives, capers and tomatoes... Truly irresistible.. .
