Hotel Review 2018 – Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour

Another highly recommended hotel in JB area, especially when you are in JB or heading towards Nusajaya, Legoland or Puteri Harbour is none other then the lovely Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour…

Though it was not my first time there, the hospitality and the comfort you get staying there is always top notched…

Hotel Jen’s excellent service starts from the very beginning with smooth check ins and helpful and friendly staff members..

In case you did not know Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour is located right next to SANRIO HELLO KITTY TOWN and Thomas Town and yes, a little birdie tells me there’s a shuttle service to LEGOLAND MALAYSIA.

The hotel has 3 blocks that ran parallel with the shopping street underneath with a total 283 guestrooms. The lobby area is welcoming with a spacious seating area and welcome drinks, computer stations and a kids play area….

You can find love vending machines in several different areas in the hotel that sell snacks and travel amenities. So if you forgot your handphone cable (like I sometimes do), no worries you can just get one at the vending machine….

Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour has also thoughtfully provide secured mobile charging stations at various points such as the the lobby, harbour cafe and the Sky Bar for guests to charge their mobiles if you need to…

During my stay, I got the Deluxe Room facing the roadside all to myself.. The roon was super comfy, spacious and everything looked great…

However if you are a Hello Kitty fan, and have the money to splurge, do try to check into Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour Hello Kitty themed rooms. They are limited but they are super cute and will make an unforgettable experience…

The rooftop infinity pool is certainly gorgeous and super picturesque with stu ning views of the Puteri Harbour with all the boats, yachts and catamarans docked there… There’s an adult pool, a lovely jacuzzi and a kids pool….

Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour also has a lovely spa if you have the time and am in need of some pampering.. There is also a fully-equipped gym, rooftop garden with koi pond, basement parking and convenience stores….

Breakfast is complimentary at the Harbour Cafe and it is up to Shangri-La hotel standards… it is definitely one of the best and lavish spread I have had in Johor… hehehe…
