The moment the Toyota Vellfire carrying me and my friends turned into the gates of Ombak Villa, I felt as I was coming home…(ok.. maybe a tiny mite of too much drama.. as my home is nowhere this luxurious anyway)…

We were given a warm welcome and welcome drink while checking in….

There is nothing quite like staying at a spacious and gorgeous suite facing the Andaman Sea…

It is here at Ombak Villa’s Ombak Suite where you can soak in the grandeur of the spellbinding sunrise, gaze at the sunset (though we missed out on that because of our packed schedule) and enjoy the moonlight….

My suite was towards the end of the property and facing the Villa Seri Kasturi but no worries.. they have a buggy to ferry guests around so we just wait for the buggy to bring us to our suites and when we want to leave the suite, you can call for a buggy too…. unless if you rather walk..

The Ombak Villa Suites is a marriage between traditional Malay architecture with modern contemporary interior design… It comes with all the modern amenities you need to make your stay super comfortable coupled with a sense of tranquillity…

The room is both air conditioned and also comes with a ceiling fan.. Since the night was pretty cool, I just slept with the fan on rather then the air con…

The ensuite bathroom is just so generous and spacious also and comes with a bathtub and shower…

Each suite comes with a private balcony and expansive garden…. which I loved nothing more then to look out from especially during the wee early morning hours…

If you want an upgrade to more luxury, be sure to check out the extravagant Seroja Suite…

For your info, there are only 2 units of the Seroja Suite and they come with 198sqm of sheer luxury…..

…or the most luxurious Villa Seri Kasturi that is 417sqm huge, one that Tun M stays in, too, when he visits Ombak Villa…

A pretty reasonably good spread of breakfast is served at the Bayu Restaurant …

…and you can just unwind or laze away at the deck chairs beside the infinity swimming pool, or choose to workout at the gymnasium…

There is also the Amai Bistro that awaits those who may simply want to relax and unwind by the beach….

Being my second stay at this beautiful Ombak Villa, my stay did not disappoint at all and everything was just as I hoped it would be.. So if you are looking for a beautiful getaway here in Langkawi… I definitely recommend Ombak Villa Langkawi…
