So….. how did you spend your New Year’s eve… For me.. I had one of the best New Year’s Eve ever.. Since it was celebrated with a bunch of my besties at the Glowtopia Festival, the first ever Glow in the Dark New Year’s Party in Malaysia at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon Theme Park…
The crazily fun New Year’s Eve incorporated several glow in the dark activities that kept us all awe-strucked happy kids all night long….a few of us who had the VIP pass had water pump guns and a bottle of GLOW water which we were warned not to drink by the organiser and my doctor friend who threatened to push us to ER if we drank it…
One of the festival’s most striking activities was the inflatable Blacklight Slide featured in the festival all the way from the USA that will be accessible for the participants to enjoy the whole night, where they will get to slide all night long and land in a pool of GLOW water….
Held in partnership with Sunway Lagoon, the festival was adrenaline filled with notable DJs spinning great tunes we all could not stop dancing and moving to, some of the most delicious food trucks in KL….
We enjoyed some of the food from the food trucks and bought ourselves some florescent glow in the dark paints to mark our faces..
The New Year Eve Party of course ended with a bang with a breath-taking grand fireworks countdown show to welcome the new year…
