So I was over at the Sunway Putra Hotel during me recent holiday break which is one of my favorite hotels to be at…

When my friends and I checked in, we headed to Sunway Putra Hotel’s reception and main lobby area is situated on the 9th floor of the hotel.. checking in was a breeze and I was given my key card to check in..

For my stay this time, I was lucky to get upgraded to the 72 sqm one bedroom Club Suites spoiling me with the ultimate in luxury since it came with a bedroom fitted with walk-in closets, marble bathrooms and amenities to match…

We also had a beautiful living room equipped with a lounge, dining table and a kitchenette… and staying in the Club Room or Club Suite means having access to the Club Lounge…

Located on the 34th floor, the Club Lounge features a purposefully-designed lounge and dining areas and a fully-equipped executive boardroom…

Catch a glimpse of the city’s icons from here, including the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the lush greenery of the exclusive neighbourhood of Bukit Tunku in the near distance….

I love it here at Sunway Putra Hotel because my stay also means getting access to their 24-hour fitness centre as well as an outdoor swimming pool with an attached children’s pool for guest with kids and a hot tub and all with a mesmerizing view of KL city…

Breakfast here at Sunway Putra Hotel is at the Coffee House, located at Level 9, and is one of the few lavish spreads one can truly indulge and enjoy….

The Coffee House also serves both local and international cuisine in its buffet spread and a la carte menu all day long and I really recommend trying the nightly curry fish head set which is so finger licking good…. it has got to be one of the best in KL and reasonably priced too…

Right in front of the Coffee House is the Atrium Lounge.. you cannot really miss it because of its dramatic atrium dome with natural light shining through the prism-like design… I tend to get pretty fascinated with it when am at the Atrium Lounge…

And oh, did I tell you… the Atrium Lounge serves signature Afternoon Tea sets and a wide selection of coffee, cakes and pastries…

If you happen to be dining at the Atrium Lounge or the Coffee House, there is a little playground at the Executive Lounge for the children to have the fun while their parent enjoy their sumptuous meals…

Japanese food lovers should head to Gen Japanese restaurant, located at Level 10 where authentic Japanese cuisine are served…

You can choose from an a la carte menu, to Teppanyaki and buffet offerings… we had some Teppanyaki Bento sets and we must say it is good and value for money especially with the ambience…

You can choose to dine at the restaurant or at the tatami room which opens up to a sweet little garden with rocks and bamboo shoots which you can almost think you are in Japan…. except for the breathtaking view of the KL skyline behind… lol..
