MITA Tourism Carnival 2019

So yours truly was over at Hall A or the Mita Tourism Carnival 2019 which was full of will feature six main activities – a domestic travel exhibitors, and also the Malaysian Food Festival food area… and it was fun.. the event started off with the signing of an MOU between Malaysia – China Trade & Tourism Summit 2019..

I certainly had a fun time combing through the various state , travel agents exhibitors as well as browse for artisan crafts, health soaps, pet products, and more at the Pop Up Market @ MITA Travel Carnival 2019….

As earlier mentioned… Official partners for this year’s event include Terengganu (Official State), Indonesia (Official ASEAN Country), AirArabia (Official Airline), TourPlus (Online Travel Partner), MyCar (E-Hailing App Partner)…

4 States- Terengganu, Kelantan, & Pahang also launched their new Tourism initiative called the Eastern Coast Tourism Corridor (ECTC) where they will pull in their resources and promote Tourism Activities/ Products as one. Other states participating are Melaka, Selangor, Sarawak and Negeri Sembilan….

I had a great time dressing up over at one of the booths as well as a fun time relaxing at the caravan which were showcased…

On top of that.. there is also a foreign travel exhibition, and do not forget the Mita Fun Run early tomorrow morning…

The Mita Tourism Fun Run 2019, which will be held for the first time, is targeting 5,000 participants and will take place on March 30 at 7am across the vast roads in MAEPs..

At the same time, the Malaysia Riders is having a motorcycle exhibition as well, organised in partnership with Mita and Wyn Wyn Event Sdn Bhd…

It will feature a motorcycle gathering and an exhibition of various motorcycle brands and local motorcycle clubs.

The Malaysia Riders 2019 event, which is targeting up to 300,000 visitors, will also feature an ethical driving campaign organised by government agencies such as the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and the Road Safety Council (MKJR)…

There is also a whooping RM200,000 worth of lucky draw prizes to be won… from motorcycles, holiday packages and electronic gadgets, so bring along the whole family for a fun and exciting weekend to check out the 300 or more booths at the carnival…
