For your information… Chef Rossham is the Executive Chef of the Hotel with more than 26 years of experience in culinary, and won many awards in various competition worldwide including in International Thailand Cooking competition in year 2017 which he bagged the Gold medal and International Cooking Competition at Mengen, turkey 2018 when he bagged the 2nd place Silver medal.
Currently, he is also the President of Gastronomy Association of Malaysia and a Board Member of World Platform Islamic Culinary Society.
