I was there with my besties to celebrate my birthday and we got the Superior rooms that overlooked Ipoh Town…
The rooms were plush and decorated with soothing contemporary designs….
It came with spacious bathrooms with rainfall shower and stand-alone bathtubs, and you can not resist the plush and cosy beds that will whisk you off to the land of nod in just a jiffy..
The gorgeous rooftop infinity pool is my next favorite place at the hotel… Located on the very top floor of the hotel right next to The Deck Gastrobar, the pool offers you a perfectly unobstructed view of Ipoh town surrounded by limestone hills…
The pool or rooftop garden area is just breathtaking during sunrise and sunset and of course… It beckons for you to take a dip in to cool off from the sweltering Malaysian humidity or to just to unwind after a hectic day at work or exploring Ipoh’s charms…
Of course, yours truly could not resist dipping into the refreshing clear waters too to get away from the humidity… As well as to take some pictures here…
‘WEIL’, if you’re wondering, is the founder’s name spelt backwards.
WEIL hotel is also conveniently accessible to many Ipoh attractions – it’s like just a five minutes’ walk away from old Chinese restaurants and just 10 minutes’ away from the Ipoh Railway Station…
Places like the Concubine Lane, Kong Heng and all are also just a very short drive or Grab ride away…
I truly enjoyed my stay here and I absolutely love the food at the dining outlets (which I will share in my next blog post) .. They are irresistible and my few extra pounds after my stay there is testimony enough…
