WEIL Hotel in Ipoh, is one of the finest hotels you can stay and indulge yourself with…
WEIL Hotel offers diners an all-dining gastronomy experience with their four signature dining outlets serving a wide array of local and international dishes…
We had breakfast on the first day at Yuk Sou Hin, a Chinese fine-dining restaurant that serves the most yummiest deep fried and steamed dimsum, both vegetarian spring roll rice rolls and prawn rice rolls…
You really ought to try out the Chinese delicacies such as the Wok-fried Udon noodles with seafood and Signature Smoked Duck with Lychee Wood before we went ended our brunch with some Chilled Avocado Puree with Sago…
Then we tempted and indulged our sights and taste buds with some beautiful and memorable hi tea set served in a rose gold bird cage at the Tea Lounge, with fragrant premium teas by Tea Drop..
By the way, psst, I just love the Honeydew Green Tea, talk about fragrant teas….
The 3 tier hi-tea set came with tuna finger sandwiches, multi grain egg mayo, smoked salmon brioche on the bottom tier…
Lamb Rendang with Mashed Potatoes, Scotch Eggs, Petit Farcis and Fish Cakes on the second tier..
And beautiful pastries such as Macadamia cake, Coffee Cheesecake, Durian meringue Tart, Fresh Raspberry Mousse, Lemon Curd Éclair and loads more..
Followed by a plate of yummy plain and raisin scones with the usual condiments of fresh cream and strawberry jam….
Dinner was at the Deck Gastrobar was the perfect ending for the day… Located on the rooftop, this bar is the perfect place for intimate dinners or drinks with close friends, and it comes with a breathtaking view of Ipoh…
We had some Bakso French Onion Soup (RM16), Creamy Mushroom Soup (RM18) and the Soup of the Day – in our case Asparagus Soup (RM15) for starters..
This was followed by our main entree… Which consisted of the Perak Snapper (RM38) , Jerk Chicken (RM25), Porterhouse Steak (RM60) and Rack of Lamb (RM58)
Personally I loved the flavours of the Creamy Mushroom Soup and the Perak Snapper… It was really tasty. However the Porterhouse Steak was also pretty yummy.
Our dinner ended with some Green Tea Creme Brulee (RM18), English Trifle (RM15) and Molten Chocolate Lava (RM15)…
Of course, for every stay you have the complimentary breakfast thrown in… And for WEIL Hotel, it is at the Tiffin All-Dining Restaurant… You can definitely enjoy a satisfying generous buffet breakfast spread here…. There is also a lunch buffet if you choose to indulge your taste buds here…
Overall, I would say you would definitely be spoilt for choices to indulge your taste buds here at WEIL Hotel with all the scrumptious and irresistible offerings…
