Krabi is a beautiful town by the beach along the Andaman coast, somewhat facing Phuket…

Many people mistake Krabi as an island, (even me at one point), but it is not… Krabi is the perfect place to be for people who need their Vitamin Sea holidays with their sun-dappled coast, gorgeous beaches and stretches of white sand to rival the best….

And you can practically see humps of limestone karst, on land, and in the azure seas forming islands in the sun…

Beyond Resort Krabi is in Klong Muang, north of Ao Nang, and some 20 minutes away by motorcycle…  Klong Muang is a place for many hotels and you have to use the local Klongson Road and Highway 4024 to get to Klong Muang finest hotels which are beautifully located on the beach itself…

Our home for two nights was at the Beyond Resort Krabi… This lovely resort blends naturally into its surroundings, with it’s architectural style using freeform curves and low-rise design in a harmonic union with the gentle world of beach and woodland….

The reception and lobby was located on the 5th floor, which was the topmost floor… We were welcomed with welcome drinks and a nice cool disposable towel…

We were definitely fascinated by the mesmerizing panoramic view of the resort’s very generous poolside, the beach beyond and the Andaman Ocean…

Beyond Resort Krabi offers 211 guestrooms, suites and villas created with contemporary luxury and every comfort in mind, with touches inspired by the natural world…

I was definitely delighted that I was checking into the All Deluxe Sea View Room, that of course came with a balcony for me to admire the oh so spectacular sea and pool views… The room was bright and in contemporary designs furnished with all the regular modern hotel facilities you require for a comfortable stay..

Since we had a twin room, our beds was actually two very comfortable mattresses on a wooden platform, pretty much Japanese style and the bedding was cosy and comfortable for a good night rest.. No complaints at all…

The shower and toilet however were kinda sexy with frosted glass to give you enough privacy but you can still peek at your room mate (if you are a perv) over the frosted glass… Would have preferred a curtain at very least… Huhuhu…

The pool and beach area is amazing and just so picturesque… Perfect for photos and definitely instaworthy/perfect for photo enthusiasts… The general atmosphere laid back and relax…

However, there is not much to dine or do around hotel area unless you have a motorcycle, then there are some seemingly lovely restaurants around somewhere less then 2 km away as well as my favorite 7 Eleven shops…

We had dinner on our last night at the Beach Bar @ Restaurant by the poolside and they served pretty nice dishes, Ivan had some Ceasar Salad and Fish & Chips, while I opted for the Spring Roll and Pad Thai set.. The food was good and nicely presented but I found it weird they did not have drinks with the set and we had to get our drinks separately..

Breakfast is pretty nice here with a good spread and even had some herbal juice for the day and I loved dining near the pool area…

Overall, it is a beautiful resort in a lovely location, and yes, I would definitely recommend this for those who are there for some relaxing time with their loved ones or on honeymoon…

Service wise, some of the staff are quite friendly while some others customer service can be further improved…
