One of my homes in Krabi during my recent trip was none other then the Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa…

We got to the hotel from the Krabi International Airport via a private car for 500 bahts, via a Chevrolet, no less…

My first sight of the Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa was definitely one of awe…

The very welcoming hotel was a beautiful mixture of northern and southern Thai designs, in a very stylish and luxurious setting.

Just as we arrived at the hotel, the concierge and the receptionist were just welcoming and nothing short of friendly…

We were also given a nice cool towel to freshen up as well as a glass of delicious healthy roselle juice…

The Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa has a nice open-air lobby, plenty of seating and lush green gardens as well as a stunning 43 metre swimming pool…  And comes with 135 rooms…

Since we were early, our rooms were not ready so we left our luggage at the concierge and went to find food to eat…
The Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa is just perfect in terms of location despite not being on the beach front… We just had to walk across the road to Family Mart… Or a little further away to 7 Eleven (my most favorite place anywhere in Thailand) and also just nearby for Halal food, Banana Nutella pancakes and even massage places…

My friends decided to rent a couple of  motorcycles for our stay to enable commuting between our hotels as well as going around Krabi… It only cost about 300 bahts a day….

We headed back to our hotel after lunch and shopping (at 7 Eleven) and got the keys to our room…

We checked into our deluxe king room that came with a balcony that overlooked the mesmerising pool….

The bed was super plush with down duvet and pillows, and who can resist the adorable elephants made from towels and the welcome lettering made from grass…

The room came with a Flat Screen HDTV offering Satellite Cable TV Channels and a workspace desk…

A laptop-size safe, a wardrobe, coffee/tea making machines and a fridge are provided in each room.

Have to love the large bathroom that came  with a bath tub, rainfall shower, hair dryer and free toiletries…

Centara Anda Dhevi also has a Cenfit Fitness Center, Camp Safari (Kid’s Club), Meeting and Seminar Conference Rooms.

The Krabi resort’s dining restaurant Palm Court serves international and authentic Thai cuisines with indoor seating and an outdoor covered terrace, and we had sumptuous breakfasts here…

The Coco’s Pool Bar is the resort’s swim-up bar offering light snacks and refreshments.

The lobby bar offers a selection of snacks, appetizers, specialty coffees, tropical cocktails and refreshments… They have a girl coming in to entertain guests and she sang like an angel…

I loved the Butterfly Pea Coconut Perrier cooler made from the Butterfly Pea flower and Perrier served at the lobby lounge… It was just so refreshing on a hot day…

Overall, the Centara Anda Dhevi Resort and Spa is definitely one of my favourite stays with friendly staff and affordable luxurious comfort… and I really look forward to trying other Centara properties in the near future….
