One of my besties and I decided to just give in and indulge our weary body and headed to the Mandara Spa at Sheraton Imperial and we were warmly greeted with the calming scents of pure essential oils and the gentle soothing music….

We decided to go for the Traveller’s Massage Special… Which lasted just about      50 mins….

It costs RM 149 (Normal Price: RM 205) and you can choose from getting a Balinese Massage or the Muscle Ease Massage… We went for the Balinese Massage Mandara Spa is so well known for of course…

We were given some cold ginger tea and cold refreshing towels to freshen up while the therapist introduced the 4 different types of essential oils Mandara Spa had to offer and the benefits of using that particular scent or concoction…

I opted for the Tranquility Massage Oil since I was kind of looking for peace and tranquility…

Once we have chose our oil, the therapists led my bestie and I to our suite and told us to get naked.. (OK.. Just a little overdoing it… We put on the sarongs provided)

There are actually two double Spa Suites with steam shower, outdoor bath, shower and relaxation area have been added to complement four single Ladies treatment rooms, four single Men’s treatment rooms, separate male and female steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and relaxation lounge.

Since my best friend and I ended up getting one of the double Spa Suites, it was somewhat a little awkward, as we were not that comfortable being almost naked in the same room but we manage to enjoy our Balinese Massage treatment which was just truly so  rejuvenating…

Every stroke and knead from the therapist was just extremely blissful and our stress, and tenseness melted away by the time our brief 50 minutes session was up..
