Recently, I was invited to the AirAsia Travel Buddies Community New Year’s Dinner at Santan and it was a blast…
We got to try out 5 delectable menu dishes, served in smaller portions including my two must haves… Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak and the Nasi Padang Beef Rendang…
There was also the Fried Chicken with Nam Prik Mayo from Southern Thailand, Grilled Chicken Inasal Garlic Rice from Philippines, Mee Goreng with Ayam Goreng from the Santan Menu….
Then there was interesting and yummy wraps from T & Co cafe as well as yummy burnt cheese cake, and their Onde Onde cake… Besides all the refreshing tea and coffee…
It is just so easy to order… You can either order your favorite dishes from the menu on the screen at the computerised screen at the restaurant, and grab it from the counter, or you can also directly order from the website https://www.santan.com.my/

Your meals come beautifully presented and served in Eco friendly brown boxes, finished with “From ASEAN With Love” paper band..

T&CO cafe has a range of Asean-sourced coffee and tea, snacks and desserts with local flavours. These include the Nasi Lemak Quinoa Wrap, Burnt Cheese Cake and Onde-Onde Cake.. all super irresistible… I just love the takeaway box for the cakes too… So pretty!!!!
We had a fun time catching up, taking pictures and also taking part in the reconstructing the nasi padang beef rendang contest blind folded with your bare hands (not so bare, got gloves) contest… And even though we did not win the contest, it was a lot of fun…
Thank to AirAsia.and Santan for having us over for this little gathering.. It was nice catching up with old friends and the AirAsia All Stars too…
