been roasted in a variety of local spices and served with homemade Sambal Bumbu, served at the live carving station. Meat lovers rejoice, for the Sous-Vide Beef: a smooth slow- cooked beef brisket rendang with mint gravy and tangy air assam kerisek is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Malaysian favourites such as Sup Periuk, Bubur Lambur, a satay station, rojak station, Kerabu Jantung Pisang, Pajeri Nenas Manis, Nasi Briyani Johor, Assam Pedas Stingray, Chicken Rendang Negeri Sembilan, a noodle station and more are also on offer….
