Ramadan Review 2021 – Citarasa Nusantara at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur

One of the top Buffet Ramadan in Kuala Lumpur would be the buffet spread at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur…

Come every Ramadan, the hotel will be packed with people coming to break their fasting and feast together at dusk…

Once you have been there, you can easily understand why.. Unfortunately, with SOPs in place, the hotel can just accomodate less than 1/3 of the 1800 pax they usually accomodate every Ramadan….

However, if you are lucky enough to dine here… You will be delighted with the scrumptious spread of cuisines and local delights the “Citarasa Nusantara Ramadan Buffet” at Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur will have…

It is time to indulge in your favourite Malaysian cuisines prepared by Royale Chulan’s dedicated chefs…

Expect a spread of mouth-watering wonder of culinary delights offered with Live Action stalls all around Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur’s indoor open courtyard, Taman Mahsuri….

Highlights include Signature Royale Bubur Lambuk, Nasi Lemak Dua Kupang, Kambing Golek, Bee Hoon Sup Utara Mai, Lontong Samudera and more.

My fellow diners /my close friends and I could not stop gushing about the Nestum Butter Prawns…

The Shell Out was also just super flavourful and tasty… From the asari clams, lalas, prawns, flower squids and flower crabs…

One of my friends said the Lok Lok /Yong Tau Foo was definitely high class and I could not agree more since there were fresh fishballs, clams, abalone, mushrooms etc etc… It was definitely a feast to indulge in…

The Mee Kolok is also definitely one of the best I had, and my close friend from Sabah swears by it too…

“For those who are seeking a truly Malaysian atmosphere during iftar, we also offers an authentic spread of Malay, Indian and Chinese flavours such as signature chicken rice, satay and much more along with our local dessert counter, live stations also Hari Raya delicacies such as Nasi Ulam Utara and Sayur Keladi Asam, Gulai Talang Ikan Masin Kurma Telur and last but not least our Signature Bubur Lambuk” shared the Executive Chef Sabri Soid, for Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur.

Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur’s Ramadan Buffet – Citarasa Nusantara at Taman Mahsuri are definitely not to be missed by gastronomic lover out there”

Naturally do not forget to indulge in what might be the most condiments offered for your ABC…. There are about 150 different condiments offered.. And I did try to challenge my friend to make an ABC out of all the ingredients but he said it would be a BIG bowl indeed…

There is just sooo much dessert to satisfy anyone with the sweetest tooth…. From local kuih, to fancy cakes and puddings…

As usual, there will be a Ghazal performance to entertain you while you dine to your heart’s content….

This is definitely one of the Buffet Ramadan that I over eat….. Huhuhu and probably gain an extra 2 kgs in one sitting….
