Don’t you miss traveling… Do you miss the beach, the sea, and nature? I sure as hell do… And I can’t wait to travel again, safely, of course…

YB. Dato’ Sri Hajah Nancy Shukri, Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture has confirmed that Langkawi will be open to all domestic tourists who can fulfil the SOP criteria from around Malaysia on this coming 16th of Septembar 2021, with the exception of those who are in EMCO (Enhanced Movement Control Order) or “Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketatkan” (PKPD), and I am rejoicing… and so excited.. Those tourism players can now start recovering from all the terrible losses and hopefully get better….

I desperately am in need of my overdue vacation to Langkawi…

The Ministry of Tourism and Culture has confirmed that tourist attractions and activities, such as hotel stays, homestays, water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, tourism fishing, golfing, cycling, angling, yachting, edutainment centres, recreational parks, extreme or adventure sports or nature parks, farms, aquarium, zoo and other recreational and social activities, will be permitted….

Hurrahhhh….. Those who enjoy eco-tourism can also plan their camping, hiking, caving, jungle tracking and the likes. Theme parks, galleries and museums will also reopen…. I can’t wait….

But for those of you planning to travel to Langkawi, please, please, please, I beseech you, follow all SOPs and take care of yourself, and mind your distance from other people around you… Don’t spoil it for others…

And yes, kids under the age of 18 are allowed to. Folow their fully vaccinated parents there but parents, please be responsible people, keep your kids close, mask them or at very least shield the little ones… They are not immune ok!!! I still see irresponsible parents bringing their little ones out but not putting on a mask or shield for them

So enjoy yourself, cos life is short, but please for heaven sake, please follow the SOP and be responsible people.
