*Giant Garoupa Ribs/Head/Fillet 300g – this is ideal for those who love to suck and savour the bonier but sweeter part of the fish

*Giant Garoupa Fillet 200g – ideal for noobs like me who are lazy or don’t know how to enjoy the sweeter bony part of the fish 🤭 but seriously… taste the freshness of the fish!!!!

*Large Wild Caught Sea Prawn & Large Oyster – for those who loves their shellfish, this is a great choice!!!! Taste the fresh huge sea prawns and fresh oyster with a hint of the sea in it

*Giant Freshwater Prawn 250g – I seriously cannot brain the price for this as many other restaurants would be charging 2 or even 3x the price for a Giant Freshwater Prawn of this size….

The Giant Garoupas are export quality MyGap certified and accredited and have been raised in the pristine waters of Sabah, and fed natural fishes such as sardines only.

These giants are only harvested after 3 years when they have reached the most ideal size of 7kgs or more each.
