SISIK offers traditional Malay cuisine with a coastal seafood grill concept along with a menu that is a combination of authentic Negeri Sembilan & Pahang recipes….

One of their signature must haves would be the  Ikan Patin Air Bukit because their ikan Patin is reared in pond in Jerantut using clean mountain stream water… so the fish taste as good as the wild Patin fish without any muddy taste or stench which usually is the problem for river fishes

Grilled fish, seafood, grilled lamb, Oden Steamboat, Murtabak, Roti John, Takoyaki, Fried Mee / Kuew Teow, Goreng Tepung Berempah, Apam Balik, Cendol, Laicikang and ABC

SISIK’s menu consists of traditional Malay dishes which are served hot from the pan…  Diners will find live cooking and kiosks serving up hot food all the time!!!

SISIK also offers a dining area that can fill as many as 600 guests at any one time… but for the comfort of guests for the holy month of Ramadan, SISIK will be limiting seats to just 400 guests…

Guests can choose from Garden sitting next to the olympic sized swimming pool that can sit up to 320 pax as well as the air conditioned Glass House (berhawa dingin) that can sit 80 pax and overlooks the iconic Stadium Shah Alam site…

SISIK comes with toilets, bathrooms and a prayer area for 40 people at any one time
