Raised in Penang and once deeply rooted in the fitness world, Jon Chew brings a refreshingly unique philosophy to the culinary landscape. After years with Les Mills Asia Pacific and running his own gym, he now channels that same discipline, passion, and pursuit of excellence into crafting COPAA’s menu.


Every dish is designed, developed, and fine-tuned by Jon himself — a personal reflection of his journey from sculpting physiques to sculpting unforgettable flavour experiences.

“COPAA was built on the idea of connection,” Jon shares. “Shared plates, shared moments, shared conversations. This Christmas menu celebrates that spirit — a feast crafted to be experienced together.”
