After years with Les Mills Asia Pacific and running his own gym, he now channels that same discipline, passion, and pursuit of excellence into crafting COPAA’s menu.
Every dish is designed, developed, and fine-tuned by Jon himself — a personal reflection of his journey from sculpting physiques to sculpting unforgettable flavour experiences.
