Langkawi is the jewel of Kedah and many Kedah folks bemoan the fact that whenever Kedah is mentioned, most of the time, Langkawi is the one that comes to mind. It is after all a tropical paradise in the Andaman sea , just off the coast of Kedah, quite close to Perlis and South of Thailand……
