Ask KL foodies, if you are craving for some good classy and yummy Thai food, there is nowhere better than Chakri Palace Thai Restaurant…

There are two Chakri Palace Thai Restaurants in KL. The first one being the Imperial Chakri Palace at Suria KLCC and the second one being the Chakri Palace at KL Pavilion… Chakri Palace is most well-known for its superb and authentic Thai Cuisine prepared by award winning chefs brought in from Thailand….

So on my other half’s birthday, we headed to the Chakri Palace at KL Pavilion for some good authentic Thai food, which happened to be among our favorite food…

I was on a budget but still wanting some good food to celebrate the occasion, so we just had the set menu there was for 2 people…

There were 3 sets available, and we had the Set A which was just RM135 ..

It came with some Thai Fish Cake for appetizer… served with sweet Thai Chilli sauce of course… just perfectly savoury and spicy….

You can choose from a choice of clear or red Chakri Tom Yam Seafood for your soup….

For the main course, the set came with some Traditional Pandan Chicken

…..and Stir Fried Kailan with Oyster Sauce served with Steamed Fragrant Rice…

You can then wash down your meal with some Thai Iced Lemon Tea..

Just perfect for a simple yet delicious meal… there were four of us, my mom, my hubby, my younger daughter and myself…. but we were all pretty light eaters and the set was just perfect even though there were four of us.. all of us left full and sated…but of course, if you are a big eater, it is ideal and meant for 2 people only…

We washed down our scrumptious Thai meal with some Red Rubies… I cannot believe it by it seemed that it was my mother’s first time indulging in some of those Red Rubies and she loved it…

And that was how we indulged our tastebuds and senses in a fabulous Thai restaurant soaking in the ambiance and the delicious culinary on a budget at the famous Chakri Palace Thai Restaurant…..

Naturally, if you have more budget, do check out the other two sets with even more mouth watering selections….

So if you are in search of some yummy authentic Thai food, you should know where to go…..I definitely give it a thumbs up anytime….
