The Living Room impresses with its embodiment of the brand’s commitment to wellness. Living the wellness pillar, the restaurant offers hydroponic salad options through its partnership with Cultiveat. The organic salad options include Mesclun, Baby Spinach and Wild Rocket for guests to personally select, pluck and add to their salad creation.

Alternatively, a Parmesan Wheel is set nearby for diners to toss their own Caesar Salad.

The all-day dining restaurant further impresses with the availability of the newly introduced Plant-based food options on the menu with Plant-based Chicken Burger, Bolognaise, Lasagna, Black Pepper Beef with Spring Onion and a plant-based Thai Green Curry Chicken.

Be amazed by the copious amount of Seafood on Ice when you see Live Oysters, Mud Crabs, Black Mussels, Prawns, Lip Mussels, and Clams.

Highlights of the Breads from the Artisan Bakery includes Walnut Raisin Baguette, Golden Brioche Roll, Pesto Focaccia Green Tea Soft Bun, Green Bread Lavash, Stolen, Panettone, and Ginger Bread Man.

The star of the buffet are the traditional festive favourites. The highlights include Yorkshire Pudding, Bavarian Hunter’s Lamb Stew, Harissa Spiced Leg of Lamb, Oven-Roasted Cajun Marinated Chicken and Roasted Prime Beef Ribs.

No Christmas feast is complete without the staple roasted turkey. This year, The Living Room will be serving up an Oven-Roasted Orange Brine Turkey with Caramelized Vegetables and Apple Chestnut Stuffing, Parsley Potatoes, Roasted Provencal Vegetables and Brussel Sprouts, with an array of sauces – Mushroom, Cranberry, Turkey Jus, Hollandaise, English Mustard and Horseradish Sauce.

Rounding up the feast are Yuletide desserts from the pastry chefs, Emerald Chocolate Yule Log, Chocolate Cherry Cake, Golden Apple Pie, Emerald and Gold Lollipop, Gingerbread Crème Brulee, Grape Jello Streusels, Green Tea Emerald Macaroon Tower, Raspberry Pistachio Tiangle, Christmas Pudding, Minced Pie and a more sweet treats to satiate the festive appetite.

Christmas Carollers and a Tarot Card reader will be featured at the restaurant on 24 & 25 December 2023 and 31 December & 01 January 2024 to spread festive cheer throughout the meals.
