Aroma Nusantara Dinner Buffet serves a unique dining experience with 10 live cooking stalls and over 300 dishes that suits to everyone’s taste buds

Sedap Restaurant offers a buffet spread that blends traditional elements with modern flair, presented in 10 live cooking stalls at the outdoor bazaar. Some of Chef Haslan’s must-have dishes are the Sultan Lamb Shank, Ayam Panggang Bazooka, Gear Box, Fried Oyster, Prawn and Lala Omelet (Oh Chien) and Laksam. And of course, popular desserts Apam Balik, Yau Char Kwai (Chinese Fried Cruller) topped with your favourite toppings or plain and feasting range of pastries throughout this holy month.
