Putrajaya Marriott Hotel introduces the “7 Pahlawan Pentas Citarasa” (7 Warriors of Flavours Stage). The 7 warriors refers to the culinary team behind this extravagant buffet dinner creating the generous array of dishes from local favourites to International and Middle Eastern….


Putrajaya Marriott Hotel also welcomes patrons with an extensive “Dusun Buah Buahan” with the King of Fruits – Durian as the main highlight. Putrajaya Marriott Hotel is known for serving fresh durian and durian lovers should not miss this, as there will be a myriad of desserts highlighting the King of Fruits, including Cendol Durian, Serawa Durian, Durian Cheese Cake, Durian Profiterole, Durian Swiss Roll and so much more.

Seafood on Ice – Indulge a wide range of seafood from half shell scallops, black mussels, crabs and prawns…. On the side, you will have the selections of dips such as Thai Nam Prihk, Thai Sambal, Thai Cocktail Sauce, Mignonette Sauce, Tabasco Sauce and Lemon Wedges.

Thai Cuisine – One of the most popular choice for those looking for something spicy, sour and sweet. Loving the strong aromatic components with a spicy edge such as Tod Man Phla, Gai Hor Teur, Phoo Char, Hor Mok Talay, Yum Talay Yam Ma Muang and so much more.

Rojak Segala Rojak – Dive into a variety of  Malaysian rojak from the all-time favourite Rojak Buah, Rojak Sotong Kangkung, Rojak Singapore, Rojak Pasembur and Gado Gado.

Nostalgia 7 Kawah – Rich, spicy, and succulent curry-like gravies infused with beef, spring chicken, Duck, Lamb, Fish, Oxtail and so much more. Best eaten with a plate of fragrant rice or even flavoured rice with ulam and sambal belacan.

SP Wok Stall – Silver Bun Szechuan Paper Corn Lamb, Assorted Dim Sum- Steamed & Fried, Wok Fried Black Mussel Longan Curry, Bamboo Clam with kam heong Sauce, Stir Fry Radish Cake, Fried Spinach Noodle with Chicken Diced.

Japanese Station – Enjoy a feast of Assorted Maki Rolls, Takoyaki Vegetable Tempura & Grilled Butterfly Chicken. A selection of sauce available include Japanese-style soy sauce, Shoyu , Wasabe and Ginger

Roundabout of Sweets – Throwback Sweet Memories with Assorted Local Biscuits in Tin, Local Malay Kueh, variety of Dates, Ice Cream, Fresh Local Cut Fruits, Fruit Juice and Cordial.

Warung Street – The combination of creamy texture and spice is utterly addicting as you slurp up the curry mee. Not forgetting stir-fry char kway teow, mamak mee and mee siam which are popular among the Malay and Peranakan communities throughout Peninsular Malaysia

Medan Bakar Bakar & Seafood – Typically the ikan bakar or seafood is recommended with some rice…  the seafood here has been Marinated with Chef’s special sauce and BBQed to perfection and best enjoyed with the accompanying Air Asam, Sambak Kicap, Sambal Belacan, Budu Durian and Cencaluk.

Rongoli Indian Street – Enjoy the soft and warm Naan Bread made in the very hot clay tandoor oven together with Tandoori Chicken and condiments. Also, on the buffet line chef has prepared the traditional Roti Canai, Dosai, Homemade Idly, Vadai, Fish Curry and Chutney.

Italian Corner – indulge your tastebuds in Marinated Roast Beef, your choice of Pasta with Chef Signature Sauce, Chicken or Beef Lasagna, Cannelloni and Bruschetta.

Middle East Corner – To satisfy every taste bud, try the signature roasted whole lamb served with warm Arabic bread, fresh salad, homemade dips and spread. The meat has been seasoned well and roasted to perfection to ensure it is juicy and succulent.
