Sourcing Local Produce and supporting regional farmers within 50 mile radius from the Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur hotel to help boost local economy and reduce carbon footprint.

The hotel have also installed the Winnow System to track and minimize production and plate waste to reduce food waste and for every guest who dines at Makan Kitchen’s Ramadan buffet, the hotel will donate RM1 to support Kechara Soup Kitchen.
Makan Kitchen will feature a variety of its signature dishes and action stalls that promises a feast for the senses.

Come indulge in over 100 dishes prepared at the live cooking station, served fresh off the grill and hot out of the oven. Premium signature dishes not to be missed would be Chef Umar’s Marinated Whole Lamb with Kizu Spices, Ayam Golek Serai Kelulut Madu, Chef Zul’s Kari Udang Mamak, Sum Sum Tulang Bakar with Roti Bakar Benggali, Beef Tongue Tongseng and Chef Zul’s Makan Kitchen Sup Kawah Meletup.

Diners can also enjoy the decadent Musang King Fritters and an array of Jemput-Jemput such as Cekodok, Apam Balik and Curry Puff.
Bazaars are popular for their colourful beverages, and it is always a treat to explore new flavours, so try the crowd favorite Teh Tarik Pandan, Jagung Float with Vanilla Ice Cream, Masala Tea, Kopi Kampung, Calamansi Asam Boi, Milo ais and more
