The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) is set to bring back one of Malaysia’s most anticipated travel events as the MATTA Fair April 2026 returns, with RHB Bank reaffirming its role as the Official Bank Partner. This continued collaboration highlights a shared commitment to making travel more accessible, seamless, and rewarding for Malaysians.
Taking place from 3–5 April 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), the MATTA Fair remains widely recognised as Malaysia’s largest consumer travel fair. More than just an exhibition, it serves as a dynamic hub where travellers and industry players come together to explore new destinations, discover curated travel packages, and celebrate the spirit of travel

Spanning an impressive 40,820 square metres across 10 halls, this year’s fair will feature over 2,000 booths from 330 participating organisations. Among them are 210 tour and travel agencies offering a wide variety of travel packages tailored to different preferences and budgets. Visitors can also engage with six National Tourism Organisations (NTOs), 11 State Tourism Organisations (STOs), 63 hotels and resorts, 11 theme parks, and 28 other travel-related service providers—making it a comprehensive platform for travel inspiration and planning.
The partnership with RHB Bank continues to enhance the overall visitor experience, with exclusive promotions and financial solutions available throughout the fair at both the Domestic Hall (Level 1) and International Hall (Level 2). According to MATTA President Nigel Wong, the collaboration reflects a shared belief in the transformative power of travel, helping to make journeys more convenient and rewarding for everyone.

RHB Bank, through its travel-focused offerings, brings added value to fairgoers. As shared by Jeffrey Ng Eow Oo, the bank continues to strengthen its presence in the travel and hospitality sector with tailored solutions such as multi-currency debit cards, travel-centric credit cards, and dedicated services for travel agencies.
During the fair, visitors who make travel purchases using RHB Visa Cards/-i can enjoy exclusive savings of up to RM4,000 with selected travel partners, along with flexible instalment plans of up to 0% interest. Shoppers will also have the opportunity to redeem exclusive travel merchandise and stand a chance to win a luxury hotel voucher worth RM5,000.
Open from 10am to 9pm from Friday to Sunday, the MATTA Fair offers free admission, making it easily accessible for all. Visitors can also take advantage of complimentary shuttle services from key locations such as KL Sentral and Sunway Putra Mall to MITEC, while ample parking options are available for those driving.
With its scale, variety, and value-packed offerings, MATTA Fair April 2026 promises to be the ultimate destination for Malaysians looking to plan their next getaway—all under one roof.
