ANA Business Class and In-Flight Menu collaboration with Zipangu, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest 5-star airline for six consecutive years will be collaborating with Chef Nao Takeshita, the head chef at Zipangu, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

This collaboration is on the up coming all new on-board dining experience for ANA’s Business Class customers flying from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (Haneda Airport and Narita International Airport).

Chef Nao Takeshita is a renowned chef with over 25 years of culinary experience including 20 years with Nadaman restaurants in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka…. Chef Nao has also developed skills and acquired a wide range of International flavours which continues to inspire him in creating delicious and memorable dishes, and with that particular talent and expertise, Chef Nao has curated the perfect menu in just three months for ANA Kuala Lumpur- Tokyo Route In-flight Meal from June to November 2019…
