So yours truly was over at the PNB Perdana Hotel & Suites On The Park, where they introduced their new ala-carte menu…

Visitors and foodies will take pleasure in the refreshing flavours and tantalizing dishes prepared by the experienced Executive Chef Amran’s team…

Showcasing over 13 new additions to the menu, the dishes featured uses only the freshest and the best ingredients…

Chef Amran who has over 26 years of expertise in the culinary industry presented the new offerings and promised diners mouth-watering dishes, fresh salads and unique garnishings ranging from starters, main dishes and desserts….

The new starter menu, Prawn Salad With Mixed Fruits (RM18.00) embraces healthy lifestyle which incorporates with fresh green salad, fresh boiled prawns marinated with mixed fruit salsa and with Thousand Island dressings….

I also love  the Caesar Salad (RM20.00) which comes with roast chicken slices…

As for main dishes, some of the offerings are  the Seafood Tom yam Soup (RM18.00),

Grilled Chicken Oblong (RM25.00) .. Somewhat a huge hot dog with a combination of sauces…

The Peperoni Pizza (RM35.00) is pretty yummy…

We do love the Grilled Lamb Chop (RM40.00) as well… Do order it medium well done….

The Sizzling Chicken Chop (RM28.00) is pretty delicious and served on a hot plate with vegetables and French Fries..

Sponge Bob Fingers (RM18.00) which are basically fish fingers served with Tartar sauce for kiddies… The chef is planning to add Sponge Bob decoration into the dish soon so the kids will be more excited.

Naruto Nuggets (RM18.00) is chicken nuggets served with some mayo… And is also a kiddie dish…

Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah (RM20.00) is pretty mouth watering.. I do love the Ayam Berempah and the sambal is good too…

As for the dessert, the Sago Gula Melaka (RM10.00) and Banana Boat (RM12.00) takes centre stage….

Sago Gula Melaka is one of the classic desserts which is very synonym to Malay culture while Banana Boat is a favorite among ice cream lovers with bananas served with 3 scoop assortment of ice cream…

This ala carte menu is renewed each year to give some difference in terma of taste and food presentation…
