For Pinktober, there has been a new twist added to the Dolce Vita afternoon tea at Bottega Lounge, which sees an infusion of pink colour on the decadent bite-sized confectionery and savoury appetisers.

EQ has joined hands with MAKNA (National Cancer Council) for this first-ever collaboration in conjunction with cancer awareness in the month dedicated to the cause…

I definitely loved their specially crafted pink-themed menu featuring savouries such as delicate artisanal smoked salmon sandwiches, and bespoke desserts such as black sea salt raspberry eclairs and pink macarons, all created by EQ’s Executive Chef, Federico Michieletto, who is renowned for his artistry, creativity and finesse.

The Pinktober Afternoon Tea is all about enjoying the sweet life and is available on weekdays from 12pm – 5pm, from Monday to Saturday (priced at RM99+ per person or RM198+ per set for two persons). On Sundays, the Pinktober Afternoon Tea Buffet is priced at RM128+ per person and its available from 3pm to 5pm.

The Pinktober Afternoon Tea is also unique on the gorgeous artisanal butterfly stand on which the food is served on… EQ collaborated with Malaysian sculptor Nizam Abdullah who created that exclusive butterfly stand for this special tea promotion.

The whimsical butterfly tiered stands are hand-made and individually numbered. The limited pieces are available for purchase, and is a wonderful opportunity for art enthusiasts to own a piece of this award-winning artist’s work.

Bottega Lounge offers a selection of luxurious teas by JING, including Earl Grey, assam, chamomile and mint as part of the Pinktober Afternoon Tea …

To add extra sparkle to the afternoon, guests can enjoy a glass or two of Bottega Prosecco. EQ’s collaboration with the Bottega brand Italy ensures that the Lounge has the first pick of their cellars. The selection available exclusively at Bottega Lounge is sure to impress the most discerning guests.
