Highlighting the buffet would be guest favourite dishes such as the Novo Kambing Golek ‘Tergolek’, alongside new indulgences such as the Ayam Percik Selayang and Ayam Panggang Madu at the carving station. 

Some of the must-try dishes from the Hidangan Ibunda section include the rich and flavourful Rendang Daging, Daging Kerutup, Ayam Pongteh Peranakan, Udang Mongolian and Ikan Bawal Taucu Ibunda…

For those seeking a taste of comfort, the signature Sup Ekor Daging Merah and Sup Tulang Kambing Merah from Sup Meletop will also be featured.

To elevate the experience, guests can enjoy live demonstrations of Nescafe Tarik and Teh Tarik, while satisfying their sweet cravings with local Malay desserts with a modern twist, including Pandan Tiramisu, Pandan Creme Brulee, and Ondeh Ondeh Cake, among others. 

The buffet menu will rotate weekly, offering guests a fresh and exciting selection throughout the month.
