Ramadan 2025 – Simfoni Serantau at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur

Dorsett Kuala Lumpur has proudly unveiled the Simfoni Serantau buffet dinner, a celebration of flavours consisting of local and international culinary traditions.


With more than 100 dishes in the line-up, this year’s buffet promises to delight every palate.

Upon entering Checkers Café, guests are welcomed by the main buffet line, showcasing hot dishes prepared with time-honoured recipes, alongside many other international dishes perfected through multiple trials to capture their true, authentic flavours. 


Highlights from this section include Perut & Rebung Masak Assam Pedas, a Malaysian dish with bold flavours and unique combination of ingredients, Pecel Lele Rangup, a crispy fried catfish dish from Indonesia and Hati Buyah Goreng Kicap, a rich and aromatic recipe from Brunei.


Beyond the buffet line, guests can explore nine special corners offering irresistible treats. Signature dishes include the Malaysian-style Beef Roti, a local twist on a classic Chinese Muslim favourite and the Singapore-style Baby Chilli Crabs, perfectly crispy and served pop-size, providing a delightful crunch in every bite. 


Within the same space, discover the Xinjiang Roast Lamb, this year’s star attraction. Manned by a skilled chef who will carve the lamb throughout the evening, it is spiced with a distinctive blend of spices and slow-roasted to tender, flavourful perfection.

The Simfoni Serantau Ramadan Buffet will be available at Checkers Café on Level 1 from 3 March to 28 March 2025, priced at RM148nett per adult and RM98nett per child (below 12 years) / senior citizen (above 60 years).

Early bird vouchers are available for purchase at RM128nett per adult until 28 February 2025.


Special promotional rates are also offered for the first four days (3-6 March) and the last three days (26-28 March) at RM98nett per adult and RM68nett per child or senior citizen.
