Afterwards, I couldn’t resist exploring their thermal journey, a curated circuit of warm Himalayan Salt saunas, aromatic steam rooms, ice bucket room and an invigorating ice chamber grabbing a break at the Tepidarium Lounge with a view overlooking the Bangkok skyline….

The shift from heat to cool was pure magic for the skin and circulation; my body felt detoxed, my mind blissfully quiet.
