As part of the nationwide campaign for Hilton properties across Malaysia, ‘Merentasi Tradisi: Sajian Dulu dan Kini’ invites guests to appreciate the culinary evolution of Ramadan dishes through a diverse range of offerings, encompassing both timeless classics and modern culinary creations. 

Highlights of the buffet include Ikan Panggang, Lamb Shank Asam Pedas, Ayam Pasu, Harira Soup, Homemade Um Ali, and a live carving station.

The campaign also underscores the hotel’s commitment to responsible ingredient sourcing and effective food wastage management such as composting. These measures are aligned with Hilton’s global Travel with Purpose initiative, embodying a journey toward sustainability and mindful hospitality.

The Ramadan Buffet at Makan Kitchen will be running from March 9 to April 11, 2024, 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, priced at RM 138 nett per adult and RM 69 nett per child. 

Early bird vouchers at RM 98 per person are available from February 21 to March 10.
