In conjunction with its participation at the upcoming MATTA Fair 2024 from 6 September to 8 September 2024, the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye Tourism and Information Office Kuala Lumpur is offering visitors to the booth with a unique opportunity to step back in time and experience the grandeur of Türkiye’s rich cultural heritage.

This unique experience is also participated by Bozdağ Film Platolari which is the world’s third largest film studio. The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye Tourism and Information Office Kuala Lumpur will be at booth 3J13 at the MATTA Fair in Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
Bozdağ Film Platoları, located in Istanbul, Türkiye, is famed for its meticulous recreation of historical sets. These sets, which capture pivotal moments in Turkish history, have become a major attraction for tourists and history enthusiasts from around the world.

On 6 September, visitors had the exclusive opportunity to meet the stars of “Kuruluş Osman,” including Özge Törer (Bala Hatun), Faruk Aran (Alaeddin Bey), and Belgin Şimşek (Gonca Hatun), followed by a photo signing at the Türkiye booth. That session gave a deeper connection to the stories of the Ottoman Empire and a unique opportunity to interact with the faces behind the drama. Kuruluş was played on RTM TV2 from October 2023 to January 2024.



At Bozdağ Film Platoları, visitors embark on a captivating journey through Turkish history, exploring the meticulously recreated sections of the Kayı Tribe, prominently featured in beloved TV series such as Diriliş: Ertuğrul and Kuruluş: Osman. Visitors can capture stunning photographs in traditional Turkish attire and participate in various immersive activities, from horseback riding to exploring artisan craftsmanship. Guests are invited to delve into the daily lives of the Kayı Tribe, gaining firsthand insights and experiences of the era. Additionally, visitors have the unique opportunity to meet and interact with the talented actors who bring these historical narratives to life.
The impressive horseback dance performance, “Legend of the Horses,” staged at Bozdağ Film Platoları, comes to life through the dedication of a 42-member team who spent six months preparing for this mesmerising show. Centred around the epic tale of Osman Bey and Bala Hatun, the performance is enriched with acrobatic dances inspired by Turkish epics. This unique experience, set in a historically immersive atmosphere, offers a visual feast that transports the audience into the depths of the past.

Bozdağ Film Platoları also features the Söğüt 1299 Restaurant, where visitors can savour traditional Anatolian dishes that form the foundation of contemporary Turkish cuisine. The rich culinary heritage of the Ottoman Empire, shaped by interactions with various cultures, is brought to life here.
