Baked Honey-glazed Chicken: Marinated for 12 hours and baked to perfection, served with Chef’s signature plum sauce.- Rendang Minang Smoked Barbecue Beef Ribs: Infused with authentic Minang rendang spices, served with roasted root vegetables and a rich blend of rendang & barbecue sauces.

Xinjiang Whole Lamb with Bukhari Biryani Rice: Roasted whole lamb marinated with cumin, Szechuan peppercorn and spices, served with fragrant Bukhari biryani rice, tomato-cucumber salad, mint raita, mint coriander sauce, and rosemary sauce.

Gulai Assam Rong-style Claypot Roasted Duck: A traditional village dish hailing from Pahang, this classic delicacy features tender duck simmered with unique ingredients such as pea eggplant, tapioca leaves and ladys finger, complemented by the rare seasonal perah fruit and rubber seed.
