Highlights of the buffet dinner during this fasting month include seven live cooking stations:

Nasi Kandar Station – Enjoy fragrant rice paired with flavourful dishes like onion chicken and spiced fried crab, accompanied by tender boiled okra, and turmeric stir-fried cabbage. Top it off with mixed gravies, crunchy papadom, and a savoury salted egg for the ultimate Nasi Kandar meal.

Bakar Station – Kambing Panggang Berempah by Chef Yuz, Ikan Bakar, chicken wings and beef.

Teppanyaki Station – Choose from a selection of vegetables, chicken meat, sausages, crab sticks, seafood tofu, bean-curd sticks etc, all cooked to perfection on the hot griddle.

CHAR Station – Flame-wok-charred noodles stall, with choice of kway teow or yellow noodles, accompanied with condiments such as sliced chicken, cockles, fish cakes, eggs, bean sprouts and chives.
ROTI Station – Freshly made to order; the crispy and flaky flatbread aka roti canai /prata is served with aromatic dhal or rich chicken curry.

WARUNG GORENG – Banana and yam fritters, cucur sayur, and crispy keropok are the traditional teatime snacks not to be missed.
Ais Station – Beat the heat with the Casa Cendol and Ais Batu Campur (ABC), topped with a delightful selection of condiments including peach, longan, fruit cocktail, attap seed, cincau, sweet com etc.

A Taste of Tradition with Ala Kampung
Enjoy nostalgic feast reminiscent of home at the “Ala Kampung” section, where traditional Malay cuisine takes the center stage; indulge in timeless favourites such as Gearbox Soup, ayam percik, daging rendang tok, ikan masam masak lemak nanas, and siput sedut masak lemak.

Authentic Siam Flavours
For those who crave a touch of spice and aromatic Thai cuisine, expect a tantalising selection of Siamese delicacies such as Tom Kha Gai, steamed Seabass, Thai sweet & sour chicken, and Thai mango salad.
Western Pasta Bar
Adding a contemporary twist to the buffet dinner, the Pasta Bar offers a delightful fusion of flavours for pasta lovers. Create your own pasta dish by selecting from a variety of sauces, paired with an assortment of toppings such as chicken strips, sausages and parsley.
