We checked in via the Premier Lounge — no lines, no fuss. Just a warm welcome, comfy seats, and refreshments while the check-in process was handled smoothly. We even got juices while we waited for our room to be ready as I checked in a bit earlier than usual… It already felt like the perfect birthday treat before we even saw the room.

And when we did? Spacious, minimalist, and stylish, with cozy lighting that made it feel instantly like a retreat. At 40 square metres, it gave us plenty of room to relax, chat, and oh gosh — the hotel team had set up a few birthday surprises from pink and white balloons on the bed and birthday balloons, a slice of birthday cake, a generous charcuterie cheese board and a fruit platter

Breakfast, Lounging & A Little Toast

The next morning, we indulged in the quiet calm of Spices Restaurant, a semi-private breakfast area reserved for Premier guests. With indoor and poolside seating, we chose the indoor option as the weather was a bit humid— indulging in a wondrous spread of buffet breakfast…

Throughout the day, we were allowed unlimited access to the Premier Lounge, where snacks, drinks, and peaceful corners were available from 7 am to 10 pm. And as a sweet bonus for me — Premier Cocktails at Xroads Lounge from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, perfect for a quiet little toast to her milestone….

More Than Just a Stay

From complimentary laundry service (a mom’s dream!) to access to the Premier Fitness Centre and even a meeting space if we’d needed one — Concorde KL made everything feel seamless and thoughtful.

But most of all, it gave us a space to celebrate, connect, and create memories. A blend of city energy and personal luxury that felt just right for my baby girl’s special occasion.
