Those who loves to travel will definitely be spoilt for choice with the amazing selection of deals and travel packages found at the MATTA Fair which is happening now until tomorrow 8th September 2019…

The 48th edition of MATTA Fair, one of the largest so with a whooping 1,396 booths featuring 292 travel companies and tourism organisations is happening now at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in Kuala Lumpur…

The favourite one-stop centre for wanderlusters is a three-day event which spans across 29,000 sq m of exhibition space, spreading to seven halls…

Halls 1,2 and 3 and the linkway feature international tour and travel agencies, including 14 National Tourism Organisations such as Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Macau, Maldives and South Africa…

Halls 4 and 5 is dedicated to domestic destinations, comprising tour and travel agencies, including 12 State Tourism Offices such as Johor, Sabah, Sarawak, Terengganu, Perak, Pahang and Selangor.

Hall 1M is dedicated to umrah packages with 118 booths, which is the largest since the Umrah Pavilion started in MATTA Fair September 2015.

Johor has been designated as Malaysia’s Favourite Destination for this edition of MATTA Fair, with next year also being Visit Johor Year 2020… Johor has been growing as one of the top tourism destinations in Malaysia and recognised by International tourist markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, China, Philippines, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia and United Kingdom..

You can find a variety of about 20 different exciting destinations at the Johor Pavilion..

Taiwan has also been designated as Asia’s Favourite Destination with Taiwan Tourism Bureau showcasing more of the country’s vibrant cultural attractions, cuisine and breathtaking sceneries from cities to suburbs…

Once you gotten your travel packages, do not forget to join the MATTA Fair Domestic and International Buyers’ Contest, with amazing prizes worth more than RM200,000 up for grabs, including air tickets to local and international destinations along with hotel and attraction vouchers.

You can submit your entry with every purchase of RM300 on an international travel package or RM100 on a domestic travel package…

The contest booth is at the foyer of Hall 2 and Hall 3 for online submission.

If you have not gotten your travel deals, be sure to head to MATTA Fair September 2019 now which be on until 8th September 2019 at the PWTC. The fair is open from 10am to 9pm. Admission is just RM4 per person and free for children aged below 12..

And it would only be prudent and smart to use  public transportation, especially the LRT, to avoid traffic and parking problems…
