I booked this place as it had high ratings 9.2 in booking.com and it was affordable amongst all the other budget stays as I was traveling with my daughter… And it was super charming….

And when I arrived here, I was truly charmed and impressed… Tisha is a charming little wellness resort place you can escape to if you are in need of healing, peace, serenity and such…

According to the staff, the owner is a doctor who saw the need to open a wellness resort and gathered Physio Therapists and yoga instructors here… Thus offering Physio, Health and Lifestyle ….

You can get treatments here from cupping, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, acupressure, deep tissue massages and physio therapy massage and they can also do a physical and health check for you

There are about 8 rooms available at any one time…. 6 standard studio /cabana rooms and 2 superior suites / suite rooms

I booked a standard studio/cabana room for about RM110 and my little cabana was facing the beautiful and well kept garden and pool!!!

They also actually have cosy suites that come with bath tubs!!!

My little cabana looks like a work of art from the outside since it is covered with batik motifs and a thatched roof… But inside the cabana it is painted and aesthetic white….

The room is hmmmm.. a little cramped at 120sq ft since it already has a huge king sized bed and a tv which only works on Chromecast… This means you can mirror and watch whatever you want on your phone, even Netflix, Viu or YouTube etc… There is free WiFi butttt it is a little slow….

The little cabana may be small but it comes with all the facilities you need and even more… There are shelves here.. and there’s a prayer mat on the top most shelf, on the second shelf you can find a box of tissue, iron and hair dryer….

There are clean and freshly laundered towels that smell good…

On the third shelf there’s your coffee and cups and 2 bottles of water…

Then there’s a hot water kettle and a toaster oven, ironing board dustbin and mini refrigerator and yes, a place to hang your clothes…

The bathroom is a treat and comes with a view or it is just sexy…. There tiles there are pretty .. you get a nice sink and there’s a basket of amenities , soap, cotton buds etc ..

There is a towel rail and toilet which comes with a bidet.. And the shower…. Oh my gosh…. The shower is even better then most 4 or 5 star hotels…lol

Great water pressure and you can choose how you want to get showered… Hand held, waterfall style, rain shower, from the front etc… Or the tap…

The king sized bed and bedding are pretty comfy and comes with four pillows and two cushions…

Theres a small sitting area outside each cabana and of course the dipping pool

A simple breakfast is served at the lobby or at your cabana consisting of packed nasi lemak, curry puff, watermelon and drink (on my first day)….

and fried bee hoon, curry puff, oranges and drink(on my second day)….

I booked a massage on the first night here and it was the most painful massage I had to go through…Nurul, the physiotherapist laughed at me and told me that I was not gonna get any relaxing or sleep during her session… And had the audacity to ask if I was regretting my choice as she ‘evil’ly (just kidding – Nurul is very nice) pressed on another problem area emitting a gasp of pain from me…. It was an accupressure /deep tissue massage and she was trying to adjust my left back and pelvis or something which had slightly dislocated and which had been causing me aches and muscle tensions …. But after she was done, my body felt lighter, a bit more aligned and I slept like a baby

Negatives – the garden area and the lane can be a bit dark at night to walk for a scaredy cat like me…. It is tucked inside a “kampung” off the main road….

Positive – the whole stay is amazing to be honest…the staff are friendly, and the place is clean, and for what I am paying… My bathroom, my bed and my view (when I open the door) is such a dream come true….
