Raya 2023 – Raya Meriah Max at MyTOWN Shopping Centre Kuala Lumpur

MyTOWN Shopping Centre (MyTOWNKL) has announced the launch of “Raya Meriah Max” and is warmly welcoming shoppers to enjoy a different shopping experience that transports them back to yonder days.

The warm and nostalgic decorations, inspired by the traditional Malay village house which represents the true essence of the festive season. The decorative “house” features intricate details such as traditional wooden panels, combined with modern elements of clean lines, bold colours, and contemporary shapes; complemented with eye-catching batik fabric, hanging from the roofs tops throughout Central Town making it very eye catching indeed…

MyTOWNKL and IKANO Centres released “Raya Meriah Max”, a brand video that highlights the message of joyful celebration can bring people together and create unforgettable memories. The air is filled with laughter, music, and the aromas of delicious food, creating an atmosphere of pure joy and happiness.

Starting from now until 1 May 2023, shoppers are welcomed to join in the colourful array of Raya activities and be mesmerised by special performances while shopping or dining at MyTOWNKL. Don’t forget to explore the three- dimensional ‘kampung’ jetty photo corner to capture moments with your loved ones. MyTOWNKL is also reviving the tradition of sending locally made postcards – creatively illustrated by Artbysong, complement with a heartfelt personal message by the sender that carries sentimental value for years to come.

As such, a post office setting with retro mailbox is re-created for the convenience of the shoppers to deliver their festive greetings – a proud collaboration with Pos Malaysia.
