Food Review 2024 – Indulging in the most reasonably priced Wagyu at Yakiniku Botan +, Seibu, The Exchange TRX

Japanese cuisine is known for its healthy and fresh ingredients. It is not greasy or calorie-but instead, normally light and healthy meals that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied.

And one of the most famous dish in Japanese cuisine is the wagyu beef, world renowned for its tenderness, flavor and characteristic marbling.

The word “Wagyu” originates from Japanese words, where “Wa” means “Japanese” and “gyu” means “cow.”  This Japanese delicacy is the result of centuries of tradition and selective breeding.

The historical origins of Wagyu goes way back to the Yayoi period (300 B.C.-A.D. 250), when cattles were newly introduced to Japan from mainland Asia. Wagyu is considered a luxury and a high-quality product, reflecting the value of tradition and mastery in cattle breeding.

Not everyone have access to this delicacy because it can be pretty pricey. Therefore, the consumption of Wagyu meat is seen as a sign of prosperity and success.
