Homegrown designer toy company MILOLO Berhad (MILOLO) has officially opened its new flagship premium concept store at Ombak KLCC, while also unveiling something pretty exciting… Bella’s Blind Box, created in collaboration with Malaysian singer and actress Bella Astillah.
The grand opening and launch event was held at Ombak KLCC on Sunday, bringing together designer toy collectors, hobbyists, fans and industry personalities.
The event was witnessed by YBhg. Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, Chairman of Tourism Malaysia, YBhg. Dato’ Liew Bin, President of the Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA), and Bella Astillah.
A New MILOLO Experience at Ombak KLCC
Located at the KLCC Precinct, the new MILOLO outlet is more than just a place to pick up a blind box.
This is MILOLO’s first premium concept store, designed as a destination where visitors can discover its characters and IP, explore collectibles and enjoy an interactive retail experience.
According to Datuk Millan Lee, Managing Director and Founder of MILOLO, the strategic location was chosen for its strong visibility and diverse customer profile, which includes local shoppers, art toy collectors, families and international visitors.
Unlike MILOLO’s regular outlets, which focus more on accessibility and convenience, the Ombak KLCC concept is designed to offer a more experiential environment.
And I think this is where the whole concept becomes interesting… because collecting isn’t just about buying a blind box anymore. It’s also about discovering the characters, enjoying the experience and being part of the collectible community.
MILOLO hopes the Ombak KLCC concept could eventually become a model for future flagship stores in Malaysia and potentially overseas.
Meet Bella’s Blind Box!
The highlight of the launch was definitely Bella’s Blind Box, one of Malaysia’s first celebrity blind box collectibles.
Created together with Bella Astillah, the collectible transforms the popular Malaysian entertainer into a cute collectible character with its own visual identity and personality.
Bella shared that when she first heard the idea of turning her into a collectible character, she thought it was a fun and exciting concept.
Seeing the final Bella’s Blind Box come to life made the collaboration even more meaningful for her.
For Bella, the character represents a different side of herself… playful, creative and something she can share with her fans.
What makes it even more special is that this is a collaboration with a Malaysian homegrown brand.
Bringing Malaysian Talent Into The Collectible World
Bella’s Blind Box is also the beginning of something bigger for MILOLO.
The company plans to collaborate with more Malaysian entertainers, artists, creators and influencers, turning local personalities into collectible characters and original IP.
The idea is to give Malaysian talent their own visual identity, stories and product universe within the growing designer toy and collectibles ecosystem.
For a homegrown brand, I love seeing this kind of concept because it puts Malaysian creativity and personalities into a format that can appeal to both local collectors and international visitors.
MILOLO is also evolving beyond being a retailer of third-party branded collectibles, with ambitions to become a “creative retailtainment” company with its own IP portfolio and commercialisation platform.

The grand opening was filled with fun activities for designer toy collectors and hobbyists, while lucky Bella Astillah fans also had the opportunity to meet her during a special photo session.
