Curated by Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre’s Head Chef Joe and Sous Chef Raffi, Sajian Warisan’s buffet dinner comprises of a sumptuous spread of dishes that guarantee immediate salivating, such as Novo Kambing Golek, Trio Grande Siakap, which combines three cooking methods of deep-fried and oven-baked cooking with Indian, Chinese, and Western marinating styles, and Soup Gear Box Merah, as well as Shawarma and Roti John Nana Tanjung.

Other highly anticipated dishes such as Mee Kuali Besar from our live action stalls, Warong Omak Den with its Salai’s special and assorted protein to choose from, the savory treats of authentic Ayam Pongteh and the ever-famous Novo Bubur Cha Cha, as well as Puding Di Raja are not to be missed.

Available from 27 March to 20 April 2023, Sajian Warisan buffet dinner is priced at RM138 nett per person with 40% discount for children from aged 7 to 12 years old and senior citizens aged 60 years old and above.
